User Account Control (UAC) is enabled in Windows Server 2008, Windows Server 2008 R2, Windows Vista and Windows 7 by default. Every time an Administrator trying to configure, change or apply different configuration tasks this service will prompt for permission to continue. By clicking Continue in the dialog box the Administrator would grant this permission.

The user account control is just a waste of time rather than annoying for administrators whenever he or she about to change something in the system… so it would be much easier to get rid of it. it sounds like you, as administrator, grant yourself the permission to do different tasks.. funny aye..!!

To change the UAC behavior of the elevation prompts for administrators do the following:

  1. Click Run on the start menu (or just press “Microsoft logo from your keyboard + R” if you have one ) .
  2. Type in secpol.msc, then press ENTER.
  3. In the User Account Control dialog box, click Continue.
  4. In the left pane double click Local Policies ==> click Security Options.
  5. In the right pane double click User Account Control: Behavior of the elevation prompt for administrators in Admin Approval Mode.
  6. Choose Elevate without prompting from the drop down list box, then click OK.
  7. Done.. Close everything.
