Change UAC behavior of the elevation prompt for administrators

User Account Control (UAC) is enabled in Windows Server 2008, Windows Server 2008 R2, Windows Vista and Windows 7 by default. Every time an Administrator trying to configure, change or apply different configuration tasks this service will prompt for permission to continue.
